When does my billing cycle start?
Your billing cycle starts on the day you create your first subscription. You will be charged monthly, at the beginning of each cycle. At any point, you can check the current and next billing cycle dates by clicking the vertical dot menu > Manage Account.
Click on Billing from the left navigation bar.
Please note that making changes by upgrading or downgrading an existing subscription can change the billing cycle.
When do my resource balances renew for my subscription?
At the beginning of each billing cycle, your payment method on file will be charged. If the payment is processed successfully, then your account will be credited with resources based on your current subscription tier.
Do unused resources rollover to the next subscription period?
If you have unused testing resources at the end of a billing cycle, they will be lost once the next billing cycle is started. At this point your resources will be updated to the full subscription amount.
If you exhaust your resource in the middle of a subscription period, you can upgrade your subscription mid-cycle to get more resources.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Click on the vertical dot menu > Manage Account.
Click on Billing from the left navigation bar to get to the Billing Page. On the top right, you will see an Upgrade button.
Click Upgrade to get to the Choose Your Plan page. From there, you can select a different subscription tier and then update your subscription.
When you upgrade your subscription, the new subscription becomes active immediately. Your billing cycle will be updated to start the day that you make the upgrade, and you will be given the full resources of the new subscription. Your payment method will be charged the amount of the new subscription tier minus a credit for any unused resources from your original subscription.
When you downgrade your subscription, your current subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Your resource amounts will be unaffected, and you will have until the end of the cycle to use the remaining resources. At the start of the next billing cycle, you will be charged the downgraded subscription cost and given the resources for the downgraded subscription type.
How do I get an on-premises deployment of VPT?

How can I manage my subscription resources?
You can distribute subscription resources among your teams to better manage resource usage and prevent contention between teams. To manage your subscription resources, click on the vertical dot menu > Manage Account.
Click Teams > Manage Allocation to get to the Resource Allocation page, where you can choose the distribution of any unused resources.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We don’t want to see you leave, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. Click on the vertical dot menu > Manage Account.
Click Billing > Cancel. You will see a dialog with additional information about your cancellation.
After you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to VPT and can still use any remaining resources until the current billing cycle ends.
