VPT provides a printable report page for any test run you wish to print. Also, before printing, the three metrics tables (Error Stats, Statistics, and Top Slow Responses) are customizable to fit the printing need.
Go to printable report page
To view a printable version of a test run report, you would first navigate yourself to the test run’s summary page. You can do so by clicking on a test run name on the Reports table from the Dashboard or Reports pages, or from on the Test Runs table on a particular Project page.
From the test run summary report page, click on the three-dot menu on the top right section and then click on Printable Report to navigate to the printable report page.
Printable Report Page
On the printable report page, you can modify certain fields like the test run name and description, add an image to the printable page, and customize metrics table data.
Test Run Setting Details
On the top section, you will see the test run’s details that you have set in the navigated test run. Two editable fields (test run name and description) will be at the top, followed by the other test run’s details such as team name and project name, as well as the user path setting, test run status and results in the light green box.
To edit the test run name, click on the pencil icon next to the test run name to enable the edit on the test run name. Once the icon is clicked, the icon will turn green indicating the test run name is being edited. To save the changed name, click again on the pencil icon to save. You can enter up to 100 characters for the name.
To edit the test run description, follow the same steps as above; click the icon to modify the description and click the icon again to save the changes. You can enter up to 5000 characters for the description. Please note that if there was no description from the beginning, the text “Enter your description” will show up in the description field.
You can also add/change the test run image. By default, you will see the black/white VPT logo image. To add/change an image, click on the image or on the image’s pencil icon, and the Upload an Image dialog will be opened. Simply drag any image to the light gray area with the “Drop image here” text or use the Browse Files button to select a file.
Once the image is loaded, the file name will show up under Image to be Added. If you wish to remove the image you just selected, you can click on the red trash icon to do so. You can also select a different file, and it will overwrite the currently selected image. Once you are satisfied with your image selection, click on the Upload Image button to upload the image.
If you wish to revert to the original default image, simply click on Revert to Default Image button to do so. If you change your mind and wish to not update the image, you can click on the X (cross) icon or Cancel button to close the dialog.

Top 10 Error Stats
This is the same table data described under Error Stats section in the Report Visualizations article*, except that the data is only visible for the top 10. To modify which top 10 to be shown, use the column sorting or filtering.
Top 10 Statistics
This is the same table described under Statistics in the Report Visualizations article*; however, on this page, you can select up to 10 rows and customize up to 5 columns to show data on the statistics report table below.
To modify Request Names (rows), select up to 10 options from the Request Name dropdown on the top left of the section. Once 10 options are selected, all the rest of the options will be disabled. To change the selections, you will first need to unselect one or more of those already selected Request.
To customize the columns, select up to 5 options from the Columns dropdown on the top left of the section. Once 5 options are selected, like the Request Name selection, all the rest of the options will be disabled; hence if you need to change which metrics to be shown, unselect one or more to select others.
You can still filter or sort the values that are presented on the table via the column sorting or filtering.
Top 10 Top Slow Responses
This is the same table data described under Top Slow Responses in the Report Visualizations article*, except that the data is only visible for the overall top 10 slowest responses, regardless of whether the responses were successes or failures. To modify the order of top 10 to be shown, use the column sorting or filtering.
